Cake with provolone and spicy bologna sandwiches
not know about you ... but I just want spring to arrive. The air heats up, the birds are chirping, the desire to go out and be outdoors.
In this respect, I love picnics ... and I can not wait there is the right temperature for spreading a blanket on a lawn and eat in the shade of a tree.
This cake is perfect for the occasion! It 'also perfect for the contest About Food of which I participate willingly.
Ingredients:
250 grams of flour 3 eggs 00
170 g greek yoghurt
4 tablespoons olive oil 1 packet of yeast
pies
1 pound of sliced bologna
1 pound of sharp provolone
sliced pepper, salt
Beat the eggs with two pinches of salt and pepper, add the yogurt and oil mixing well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Add flour previously mixed with yeast, stirring just to mix a little 'to everything, but it is right that the mixture remains lumpy. Cut the bologna
(except a slice) and provolone cubes and add to mixture.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan, cut the remaining slices of bologna into strips and decorate the cake like a tart.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
