Free Master Lock Finders

This is my recipe for Fiandino Farms in collaboration with the blog A touch of ginger have held a great contest on their delicious recipes made with salted butter. The most beautiful will be part of a cookbook. I've tried

Ingredients: 300 gr flour

300 grams of flour Spelt
12.5 g yeast 220 g water


100 grams of milk 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon
and 1 / 2 of salt 90 grams of walnuts

salted butter Dissolve yeast in a glass of warm water, taken from the total weight. Add sugar, stir and let stand 5 minutes until you will have formed a froth on the surface.
Sift the two flours and put them in the mixer, add water with the yeast and milk. Mix with hook and gradually add the water.
When the mixture begins to take consistency add salt. Continue to knead for about 15 minutes. Let dough rise
in a warm place until doubled (about two hours).
Take the dough, form loaves for about 90 gr. from each loaf to form a sausage about 22 cm long.
With a rolling pin to crush each sausage in order to obtain a strip about 2 cm high.
Spread each strip with salted butter and sprinkle with coarsely chopped nuts previously.
Roll each strip from the long side, forming the pink and put a rose in each muffin mold.
Do this with all the dough balls of dough.
Now let rise another 20 minutes. Preheat oven and bake
roses 220 g for 20 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
